I understand that exclusions of warranty will apply where the goods have been modified, incorrectly repaired or subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, or where the operator manual or seller’s directions have been ignored.
I understand & agree that Float Industries Australia will examine & assess the goods that are claimed under warranty and if no breach of warranty is found, I may be charged for the replacement pump/ heater or components, or any reasonable costs incurred in the examination or assessment of any goods, including but not limited to any costs incurred in picking up the goods or sending an on-site technician to examine or assess the goods, and any re-delivery costs incurred to return the goods to me.
